We’re seeking to grow our team with talented individuals with expertise in deep learning methods and their applications in medical imaging. As a Software Engineer in machine learning you will be responsible for developing new ML/DL models as a complement to our existing techniques in image post-processing, segmentation, and quantification. You will be responsible for building, testing and validating your models and finally deploying them to production to obtain valuable insight from real life data. This is a hands-on position where you will be empowered to be creative and bold, to solve novel R&D problems and have the potential to directly impact the lives of our members.
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent research experience
Experience in biomedical imaging and segmentation utilizing MR or CT
Proficiency programming in Python
Experience with at least one of the following Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe.
You thrive in fast-moving environments where you work with cross-functional stakeholders including executives, scientists, clinicians, and engineers
Nice to Have:
Experience with validation methodologies: design of experimental studies, statistical testing
