Job Description

– Perform data queries and analysis for senior leaders, product analysts, and product management
– Conduct analysis of product data to solve complex problems and identify value generating trends and insights from multiple data sources (value needles in the data haystacks)
– Create ad-hoc reports and database queries to support customer data analytics objectives, including identifying key insights, trends, and focal points within the data
– Support service delivery teams with customer data requests and engagement opportunities
– Train Product Analysts and others on Xactware data models and analytical tools and methodologies
– Advise Product and BI groups on customer data product needs
– Completes all responsibilities as outlined on Performance Plan.
– Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
