Ewa is a philosopher and planner by education, passionate analyst. Would like to translate many years of experience in conceptual work and knowledge of solving multi-layers processes for the field of data science. Passionate about developing in a new direction, having experience in analytics, organizing processes and participatory work. Ewa mainly work with data-driven visualizations and data storytelling. Also working on PhD thesis using space syntax methodology in creation design for all environment. Ewa wants to encourage other women to join the ML/DS local community.

Monika is an experienced HR specialist, keen on people analysis. As a Junior Data Scientist Monika is implementing new approach to HR controlling and introducing ML in this area. Being an experienced feminist activist and a great fan of DIY Monika is passionate about the idea of WiMLDS in Gdansk.
